How Does it work?

In order to qualify for reimbursement (either winning the contest or receiving a refund) you are required to follow these rules:

  • Consume 3 meal replacement shakes per day 3 hours apart.
  • Prepare one of your 4 meals choosing from a variety of fruits, vegetables, gluten free products, and 4 to 6 ounces of beef, chicken or fish (optional for those with eating restrictions).  It must be balanced, and under 500 calories.
  • Sleep 6-9 Hours of  per night (for the entire 30 days).  Go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning.
  • Consume 6 x 8 ounce glasses of water per day
  • Perform 20 min of resistance training or 30 min of low to moderately cardiovascular exercise 3 x per week, with no more than 2 days rest between workouts.
  • Stretch for 7 minutes prior to going to bed.  Choose 7 stretches and hold each one for 60 seconds.  No bouncing, just hold a mild stretch.  Pushing thru pain will cause damage to muscles and joints.
